Candidate Sourcing: Conduct a dedicated search. Identify candidates and initiate preliminary screenings. Match potential candidates to both the position and cultural requirements.

Candidate Screening: Screening, competency and cultural fit interviews progress via phone, video-conference and/or in person visits. Preliminary reference checks processed.

Presentation: Present the final list of candidates. Presentation packages include the Candidates' Resume, Summary Sheet and Reference Reports.

Coordinate Interviews: Candidates and clients are prepared for interviews and de-briefed following each interview.

Offer and Acceptance
: Assist with verbal and written offer negotiations. Manage the acceptance of the offer.

Follow Up:
Maintain communication with all parties to ensure satisfaction.  On all standard contingency placements, we guarantee the candidate for the first 90 days of employment. The investment you make in the winning candidate will more than pay for itself in the increased productivity at your company.
